Mr. Logan joined Island Hospitality in 1998 as the Director of Loss Prevention. Soon thereafter, Mr. Logan created the internal audit program and served as the first full time auditor in addition to his loss prevention responsibilities. With the growth of the company in the mid 2000’s, Island Hospitality added internal auditors and Mr. Logan assumed responsibility for risk management. For the past several years Mr. Logan has continued to oversee the internal audit department, and all risk management duties for the company. In 2014, Mr. Logan was promoted to Vice President of Risk Management where he now oversees an internal audit department comprised of 4 full time auditors and has recently expanded the risk management team with the addition of a claims manager. Mr. Logan is responsible for all property and casualty insurance claims to include workers compensation, general liability, auto and property claims.
Prior to joining Island Hospitality, Mr. Logan worked for Claims Verification Inc. where he rose from a trainee investigator to the New England District Manager. While New England District Manager for CVI, Mr. Logan managed a staff of 15 investigators whose primary responsibility was insurance fraud investigations. While with CVI, Mr. Logan obtained a Florida All Lines Insurance Adjusters License.
